2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client and helps us maintain an efficient schedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten or modify your service to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

4. Refund Policy

All services provided by LL Aesthetics are non-refundable.

If you have concerns regarding your service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional or special circumstances, at the sole discretion of LL Aesthetics.

5. Gift Cards, Packages, and Memberships

Unless otherwise stated, gift cards, prepaid packages, memberships, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
